How to Schedule a Live Event in Vimmi

Scheduling a live event in Vimmi allows you to plan ahead, prepare content in advance, and ensure everything is ready to go when the time comes. Follow the steps below to schedule your live event.

Step 1: Access the Live Tab

1. Log in to your Vimmi account.

2. Navigate to the “Live” tab in the top menu.

Step 2: Start Scheduling Your Live Event

1. Under the “Live” tab, click the “Schedule Live” button to begin setting up your event.

Step 3: Fill in Event Details

On the event creation page, provide the following information:

1. Upload Posters

Horizontal and Vertical Posters – Click the upload icons to add images from your device.

Crop Images – Adjust the images to fit the correct aspect ratios for a polished look.

2. Add Event Information

Title (required) – Enter a name for your event.

Description – Optionally, add more details to inform your audience about the event.

3. Set Date and Time

Start Date and Time (required) – Choose when your live event will begin.

4. Privacy Settings (Optional)

Enable Private Event – Toggle on “Live password protect in store” if you want to restrict access.

Set a Password – When enabled, enter a password that viewers will need to join.

5. Additional Settings

• Choose whether to save the event recording.

Add Products that will be showcased during the event.

Select Destinations – Connect your social media account to share your live from one place to all your social media accounts

Step 4: Finalize the Event

• Click “Create Live” to save your scheduled event.

Your event will now appear in the list of scheduled live events.

Step 5: Go Live at the Scheduled Time

When it’s time to start your event:

• Go to your list of scheduled events.

• Click “Go Live” next to the event you want to start.
