The Vimmi platform enables you to transform any video into a shoppable video by incorporating products into it. This way, your videos become an effective sales tool for you.

To add products to your video, first go to the "Videos" tab in the top menu

In the list of uploaded videos select the video you want to add products to.

On how to upload a new video please refer to the article "How to upload a new video".

On the video page scroll down the page to find "Products" tab right below the video player.

Make sure you have products imported or created to be able to add them to the video. If you don't have any product yet, you can import products right from the video page. Please refer to articles "How to import products from the existing store" and "How to create a new product" for more information about adding products.

To add the product to the video press "Add product" button.

In the dropdown menu select the product you want to link to the video.

If you have a lot of products, you can search for one using the dynamic search field, by entering a part of the name of the product.

Once the product is added, you need to select a time frame when the product will be shown: start and finish time. You can specify an exact time frame down to the millisecond using the time picker.

Note: time of displaying different products can not overlap each other, make sure your products have start and finish time set correctly to be able to save the video.

Press the "Save" button in the top-right corner to save the video.

After saving, you can verify that the product was added to the video by taking a look to the player. The icon of the product with a number of added product will be shown in the bottom-right corner of the player.

Click the icon of the product to preview how products will be shown in the embed player on your web-site.
