Initiating a refund

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps. The cancelation must be completed while accessing Vimmi in a web browser. If eligible, a prorated refund will automatically be initiated after completing the cancelation process.

Refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement.

Eligible for a refund

The refund can be issued in the following cases:

  • More than 1 calendar month is left till the end of the active annual subscription In this case, you will have access to the platform till the end of the calendar month and the refund will cover the months left in your subscription.

  • Less than 72 hours have passed since your payment for the monthly subscription and you haven't gone Live or uploaded a new video to the Vimmi platform.

Ineligible for a refund

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • Less than 30 days are left for your annual subscription

  • More than 72 hours have passed since your monthly subscription payment

  • You have uploaded a video or was Live during the current payment period

Accessing your account after canceling

Once the subscription to Vimmi is canceled, you can access the Vimmi console and use all benefits and perks of your package till the end of the current billing period.
