If you manage your store on Fourthwall, you can manually create products in your Fourthwall dashboard, and they’ll automatically sync to Vimmi through the installed integration.
Use this method when you need to add a new product directly in Fourthwall — for example, a new merch item or digital good — and make it available later in your shoppable videos.
Main Steps
Open Fourthwall Dashboard
Go to Products
Click Add Product
Fill in all product details (title, description, price, image, etc.)
Click Save or Publish
Wait for automatic sync to Vimmi
Verify the product appears in Vimmi Console → Products
Prerequisites
Before creating a product:
You have access to your Fourthwall Dashboard.
The Vimmi app is installed and integration is active.
You have permission to create and edit products in Fourthwall.

Step-by-step: Add a product
Log in to your Fourthwall console.
Navigate to the Products section (menu).
Click Add Product.
Fill in product details:
Name / Title
Description
Price
SKU / Variant info (if applicable)
Images / Media
Other config options as supported by your store (inventory, shipping, categories)
Click Save or Publish.
Wait a short moment: the product will sync into Vimmi automatically.
Automatic sync to Vimmi
After saving the product in your store, it is automatically synced to your Vimmi app. (You do not need to add it manually in Vimmi)
If you don’t see it immediately:
Wait a few minutes for the sync to propagate.
Refresh the Vimmi app / console.
Check your internet connection.
If still missing, verify that your store integration is active.
Troubleshooting
Product not visible in Vimmi
The Fourthwall–Vimmi sync is disconnected.
The Vimmi app was removed or disabled in Fourthwall.
The product wasn’t published or saved properly.
→ Reinstall or reconnect the Vimmi app, then re-save the product.
Product details incomplete
Check name, image, SKU, or price in Fourthwall.
Re-save the product to trigger an update sync.
Sync delay
Allow several minutes for data to propagate.
Refresh the Vimmi Console or clear cache.
