Automatic Product Sync Explained
Once the Vimmi App is installed and authorized, all your Shopify products automatically sync with Vimmi — including:
Product titles, images, descriptions, variants, prices, and availability.
Newly added Shopify products appear in Vimmi within a few minutes.
Updates made in Shopify (e.g., image, price, or name) are automatically reflected.
Deleted or hidden items in Shopify are also hidden or removed in Vimmi.

Where to Check Products
Log in to your Shopify Admin.
Go to Apps → Vimmi Video Commerce.
Go to Products to view all synced items.
Troubleshooting Tips
If some products don’t appear, make sure the Shopify App is connected correctly.
Disconnect and reconnect the integration if sync seems stuck.
Check that your store status in Settings → Integrations shows “Active”.
Vimmi only syncs published products from Shopify.
Missing products?
Check that the Shopify App connection status shows “Active.”
If not — reconnect from Settings → Integrations.
Recently added product not visible?
Wait a few minutes or refresh the Products tab — sync runs continuously.
Product hidden or duplicated?
Only published items from Shopify are synced. Drafts or hidden products are ignored.
Connection issues?
Disconnect and reconnect your store through the app settings in Shopify.
